Nurturing Growth and Development- Birth Through Age 3
Meet our new Director, Mrs. Catherine Thomas.
Our Infant Program is designed to meet the specific needs of children 6 weeks to 18 months old. Our well trained teachers create a nurturing and safe environment where Infants learn through his or her own experiences each day. Daily communication between teachers and Parents is practiced for consistency between home and caregiving . Our teachers know that verbal cues , individualized and group play are important key factors in all elements of developmental growth in Infants.
Our Toddlers range between the ages of 18 months to 2 .9 months. Throughout the Toddler curriculum, our knowledgeable teachers create a broad array of creative activities for the children to explore. Children are encouraged to make choices , communicate and care for others in a loving , safe atmosphere. Our toddler curriculum includes;
Breakfast upon arrival, Circle time, Spanish, Story , Sensory and Math, Arts and Crafts, Out door Play , Music and Movement , Daily Snack, Lunch , Nap and so much more.
Toilet training and diaper changing happens throughout the day.
Our Three Year Old Program is for children who are 2 .9 months and 4 years old .
At ASCS Early Learning Center , our low teacher to student ratio in our Three Year Old program will ensure that your child is receiving the individualized loving care and attention they deserve. In these classes, they are learning more self help skills, and may need more individualized attention. We offer small group classes for the one- on – one attention as well as Spanish Class and Physical Education Class in our ASCS Gymnasium. The curriculum also includes; Breakfast upon arrival, Circle time , Story, Sensory and -Math, Arts and Craft, Outdoor Play, Music and Movement, Daily Snack , Lunch and Nap.
