    Soccer

    Fall 2012 Everton Soccer Clinics

    Starting September 17th and 18th  

    Mondays:   2:15pm – 3:15pm
    Grades 1 and 2

    Tuesdays:  2:15pm – 3:15pm
    Grades 3 and 4

    Instruction by Everton Soccer

    Please complete and sign the Sports Permission Form and the Everton Medical Release Form and return to the office, Attention: Wally Hurd, by Friday, September 14th.

    Gym clothes should be worn on days of your soccer clinic and cleats should be brought with you.  Please pick up your child at the gym door located at the back of the school.  In the event of rain, the gym will likely be used for the clinic.  We will make this determination based on number of participants.

    No student will be allowed to participate without both a signed permission slip and medical release form.
